Our Location

We are located in the Historic Downtown area of Centralia, Washington at the Gibson House above O'Blarney's. Our address is 219 N. Tower Ave Suite 304, Centralia, WA 98531

There is street parking throughout the downtown and there is a public parking lot directly behind the Gibson House. 

If you have special mobility needs, please call in advance of your visit (whether for an appointment, pharmacy visit, or just to say Hi) and arrangements can be made to use the building's historic 1920's era Elevator.
